The promise

We put part of our fee on your measured lift.

At least 20% time back on each participant's targeted workflows, measured against their own baseline about 60 days after setup. Part of our fee is invoiced only when the target is met.

The terms

What we promise, and on what conditions.

This is how the promise works. The exact terms for your teams are agreed and signed before any measurement starts.

How we measure

Six steps from baseline to result.

  1. 01Agree the measure first

Before any baseline, we agree the workflows in scope and one way of measuring them, in a measurement plan both sides sign.

  2. 02Inform people before measuring

Management, IT and employee representatives agree the method, and employees are informed before any measurement starts.

  3. 03Baseline

Four weeks on the targeted workflows. System data where it exists, then short structured time samples, with self-reports used last.

  4. 04Setup and build

Each person gets their setup and builds their first tools with a coach.

  5. 05Measure again around day 60

The same workflows, measured the same way, over four weeks.

  6. 06Result

Lift is time saved, or more output in the same time, compared with each person's own baseline. If the target isn't met, part of our fee isn't invoiced.

The line through our Ø only goes one way.

The promise

Our name is a promise.

In Danish, et løft is a lift and et løfte is a promise. We make one about the other.

  1. Step 1TargetWe agree a target of at least 20% time back on each participant's targeted workflows.
  2. Step 2BaselineBefore we change anything, we time that work.
  3. Step 3MeasureAbout 60 days after each person's setup, we time the same workflows again.
  4. Step 4Fee at riskPart of our fee is invoiced only when the target is met.

Lift means time saved, or more output in the same time, on in-scope workflows, compared with each participant's own baseline. Exact terms are agreed per engagement. Each person sees their own numbers, and management sees results only for groups of five or more.

Questions

About the measurement.

Who sees the numbers?

Each person sees their own. Management sees results for groups of five or more. Measurement data is never used to evaluate, rate or discipline anyone, and we write that into the contract.

What if a team changes its work during the measurement?

The measurement plan defines the workflows and the unit of output, so we compare like with like. Workflows that disappear or change completely are excluded by rules agreed before anyone sees results.

How do you avoid a novelty effect?

We measure about 60 days after setup, not in the first weeks. In larger rollouts we also compare teams that have been set up with teams that haven’t yet.

Is this a contract?

No. This page describes how the promise works. The exact terms, including how the fee adjusts, are agreed per engagement and written into the contract.

Start with one team.

One team. We inform employees first, take baselines, set everyone up and measure again about 60 days later. Same promise, price agreed up front.
